2.4 Conditions on Digital Product Refunds

While we offer a no-questions-asked refund guarantee, we do ask that:

  • You request the refund within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase
  • Your account is in good standing and not engaged in suspicious activity
  • You are not requesting refunds in a pattern that suggests abuse of this policy (e.g., repeatedly purchasing and refunding the same products)

2.5 Digital Product Refund Limitations

3.2 Prorated Refunds

API refunds are calculated on a prorated basis. The refund amount will be calculated based on:

  • The number of days used during the 7-day period
  • Your actual API usage during that period
  • Any API calls or transactions processed

For example, if you purchased a $100 monthly API subscription and used it for 2 days, making 50 API calls, your refund would be calculated based on the daily rate minus your usage costs.

3.3 API Refund Limitations

The following limitations apply to API access refunds:

  • 7-Day Window Only: Refund requests must be made within seven (7) calendar days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
  • Usage-Based Refunds: If you have used the API extensively, the refund will be reduced accordingly. Heavy usage may result in minimal or no refund.
  • Unauthorized Usage: If API access has been used in violation of our Terms of Service or API terms, we will not issue a refund.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: For monthly API subscriptions, the 7-day refund applies only to new subscriptions. Renewal charges are subject to the same refund window.

3.4 Cancelled Subscriptions

If you cancel your API subscription outside the 7-day refund window, no refund will be issued. However, your subscription will be cancelled, and you will not be charged for future billing cycles. You will maintain access until the end of your current billing period.

5.2 Bank Processing Time
