Mintlab
Version 2026-09-05. These terms apply to money-lab.app/mintlab and everything under it (“Mintlab”), operated by Moneylab (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Mintlab you agree to them.
Mintlab is a non-custodial software interface that helps you create and trade tokens on public blockchains (currently Solana, through the pump.fun protocol) using a wallet you control. Mintlab does not take possession of, control, or transmit your digital assets at any point. Every transaction is constructed for your review and executed only when you sign it with your own wallet.
Mintlab is not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, money transmitter, investment adviser, or fiduciary. We do not recommend that any token be bought, sold, held or created. Nothing on Mintlab is investment, legal, tax or financial advice.
When you create a token through Mintlab, you are the creator and issuer of that token on the blockchain, with all the responsibility that carries. You are solely responsible for the token's name, symbol, description, imagery and any statements you or others make about it. You must not use Mintlab to create anything that infringes another person's intellectual property or publicity rights, impersonates a real person, brand or organisation, or is unlawful.
You must not use Mintlab, or any token created through it, in connection with any capital raise, pooled investment, profit-sharing or revenue-participation arrangement, tokenised equity or debt, or any promise or suggestion of returns. Tokens created through Mintlab are intended to be collectibles created for entertainment, social and cultural purposes.
Memecoins are highly speculative and extremely volatile. The overwhelming majority lose all of their value. On pump.fun, historically only a small fraction of tokens (roughly 0.2–1.5%, depending on the period) ever complete the bonding curve, and most tokens fade within hours or days. Buying, holding or creating them can result in the total loss of everything you put in.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Smart contracts, wallets, RPC providers and third-party protocols (including pump.fun) can fail, change, be paused or be exploited, and we do not control them. Network congestion can delay or fail transactions; fees you pay to the network are not refundable. Prices you see are estimates; the executed price can differ.
Anyone can trade a token you create, and other people's behaviour (including selling into your coin) is outside your control and ours.
Creating a token through Mintlab is free of Mintlab fees. Trades placed through Mintlab carry a Mintlab fee of 1% of the SOL value of the trade, paid within the same transaction you sign. At launch, the pump.fun creator-fee distribution for your token is configured so that you receive 80% of creator fees and Mintlab receives 20%; you control that configuration afterward through your wallet. pump.fun and the Solana network charge their own fees, which are not ours. All Mintlab fees are flat and volume-based and never depend on whether you or anyone else profits. Every fee is disclosed on the confirmation screen before you sign.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). Mintlab is not offered to residents of, or persons located in, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea, Donetsk or Luhansk regions, any other jurisdiction subject to comprehensive United States sanctions, or the United Kingdom, nor to any person on a sanctions list. We use IP-based geofencing and wallet screening to enforce this, and you agree not to circumvent them.
You agree not to: engage in wash trading, spoofing, pump-and-dump schemes or any activity designed to artificially affect a token's price or volume; operate or coordinate multiple wallets to disguise common control of a token's supply or trading; use bots, scripts or automated tools against Mintlab without our written permission; launch tokens that impersonate people, brands or existing tokens; attempt to access other users' accounts or data; or use Mintlab for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms and may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for every action taken with them. Mintlab will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Linking a wallet only records its public address; it grants us no control over it.
You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to your activity. Mintlab may provide exports of your activity as a convenience; they are not tax advice and may be incomplete.
Mintlab is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moneylab and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, tokens, profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Mintlab or of any blockchain, protocol or third-party service it interacts with. Our total liability for any claim relating to Mintlab is limited to the Mintlab fees you paid on the transaction giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Small-claims court remains available for qualifying claims.
We may update these terms. The version number at the top changes when we do, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Material changes will be flagged in the product.
